RETURNS & EXCHANGES

CUSTOM/BULK ORDERS

For orders placed with us as a custom/bulk order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. You may ask the graphic designer you are working with for a sizing chart if you are unsure of sizing for a specific garment before placing your order.

RETAIL

If you purchased an item from our online store/in store and would like to return it, we require the return to be made within 30 days. Please be sure to bring the receipt for the unworn, unwashed, and tagged items(s).

If you bought an item from our retail section in store and had the item customized (such as with a name/number on the back), the item may not be returned or exchanged.

We are only responsible for the customized area of the garment (anything printed/heat pressed/embroidered). If you notice a manufacturers issue within a week of receiving your order and it is something we overlooked, let us know. We are not responsible for any issues that arrive after that or general wear and tear.

 

"BRING YOUR OWN" APPAREL

 

Because you have elected to bring your own apparel for Evil Lizard Custom Apparel to decorate, we are only responsible for the customized area of the garment and are not responsible for any snags, rips, wear and tear, or anything regarding a manufacturer issue. We can work with you to the best of our ability to find an adequate replacement, however our options are limited and it is up to the customer to cover the cost of a replacement. For every bring your own order, we require the customer to sign a waiver acknowledging this before we begin production.
